chicken w/ mushroom sauce...

3 whole chicken breasts, halved
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, sliced (4 oz.)

Salt and pepper

Place chicken pieces in crock pot. Season with salt and pepper. Mix wine and soup. Pour over chicken. Add mushrooms. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours (or high for 3 to 4 hours).

Serve over jasmin rice. yum!
